Guild Rules

Who are we?
“Illuminati” is a semi hardcore raiding guild aiming to defeat the raid instances in The Burning Crusade. We are not a full hardcore guild, however we do have some requirements for you to meet, should you choose to join us.

Recruitment
Only officers and guildmaster or Vice guild master can invite people to the guild. The invited persons will remain recruit for one month after which they will be promoted to Watchers. Loot will be available to recruits after 14 days of their trial.
Initiates will be promoted by vote. The raiders of the guild are the ones who vote if an intiate meet the requirements or not. It is possible to approach us via in game whispers or via the guild recruitment forum.
We no longer take casual players, meaning that requirements for new players are higher. The casual players that are in, will get their chance to raid, we prefer to give a chance to non casuals at progress raids however.

Inactivity
If your character has not logged in for more than 14 days , it will be removed from the guild roster. If you go offline for more then 14 days inform an officer or a member of the admin team, so your character will not be removed. In case you have been removed due to inactivity, the officers may invite you back on a case by case basis. Each case will hence be reviewed separately and will have to meet separate requirements.

Maturity
We expect you to behave in a mature fashion. This applies both the behavior towards guild mates and other people in Bronzebeard. Remember that you always represent Illuminati even in PuGs. Any behaviour that might be offensive ot other guild members will not be tolerated. Should we receive complaints about you from anyone on this server, we will investigate it on an objective base.

Class channels
Illuminati has a class channel for each character class. It is named ILclass_name (e.g., ILrogues, ILmages, etc). It is advisable that everyone joins these channels. These channels can be used for class specific help and discussion. During instance raids they are reserved for raid use only.

Guild bank
Our guild bank is represented by a character named Illubank. You can request materials or gear from him and donate anything you have to spare. Guildmembers requesting materials or gear from the guildbank will get their request mailed to them, Cash on Deliver. The ammount their request will cost is calculated on a daily base, by looking at the auctionhouse prices. Guildmembers will always receive a good discount.


Begging[/b]
Begging is not tolerated and anyone found begging will be removed from the guild. Any complaints we receive will be investigated objectively.

No idiotic behavior in guild chat
If you want to act like fool, do it elsewhere than in guild chat. Don't flood the guild chat (also read the notes on "maturity" above).

Ninjaing
Ninjaing results into removal from guild. This applies to ninjaing from any player on Bronzebeard as well as ninjaing from any guildmember. As always, any complaints we receive will be investigated objectively.

Alt characters
Alts will be tolerated in guild. However, we do advise you to keep the number of alts you play, and hence bring into the guild, to a maximum of two. We allow alt characters in the guild to facilitate communication between the members. Your alt will be required however to put "Alt of " in his guildnotes, so that he will not be confused with a main.
Alts will not be allowed to raid unless specificially asked for by a raidleader. Alts will also not be prioritised on loot, we prefer to have our main characters progressing before any alt characters.
